What types of clients do you serve?
- We serve all types of Clients in need, ranging from Individual Clients, Executives, Couples, Families, Groups and Corporates.
- We also serve Public, NGOs and Communities for social and educational purposes.
What kind of services do you have?
The service list above are the very most common needs from our wide spectrum Clients.
But we are also honored and challenged to handle any special case that might not listed.
We will do our preliminary assessment first to measure our own capability prior to accepting any of those cases.
Where do you deliver the service?
- For Coaching and Counseling, we can use our office therapy room or any other suitable external room, also can be at the Client’s premises as long as it is suitable and proper to reach the objectives of the service.
- For Consulting, we can use our office meeting room or any other suitable external room, or at the Client’s premises as long as it is proper to conduct the consulting activities depending on which stage we are at.
- For Training, the venue is entirely depends on the type of the event and the requirement from the Clients after consulting with us to get the best training experience possible.
How do you perform your services?
For all the types of our services, we will have a preliminary discussion to ensure that you and us know exactly what you want and need, and to learn the possibility to meet your expectation and solution using our expertise.
After that, we will go to the proposal stage and sign the contractual agreement to use our services, including Clients Informed Consent and any other related Ethical Consent Form to protect both sides, the Clients and us.
All forms of interactions will definitely be recorded and be treated as strictly confidential with industrial grade encryption system to ensure that we do our services in the right manner and for the best of Clients interests according to any applicable laws and regulations.
The durations and the number of sessions needed will be subject to our preliminary assessment and discussion. But most of the time it is defined by the Clients themselves since we belief that the Clients know best about their progressions.
How much will it cost to use the service?
Our aim is to become part of human advancement process, thus we assess and make consideration to the conditions of the Clients and their situations, and our readiness for that particular moment.
We do have some standard pricing for certain services, but we also have some special packages for certain situation and occasion, depending on how interesting the cases are from our point of view.

Our coaching session mostly will take about 90 minutes/session, but does not applicable for Premium/Custom Program which will be more flexible in terms of schedule arrangement. Contact us for more info.
Consulting is a project based program, entirely depends on the scope, complexity, and the nature of the work, thus, subject for further discussion with The Client during preliminary session.
Counseling session will take about 90 minutes/session, but might take longer on certain cases that require specific therapy or treatment method.
The Client must complete our Client Intake Survey prior to any session, and we have the right not to provide any session to The Client based on our confidential professional assesment and consideration.
Training is using PCPPPD, stands for Per Class Per Person Per Day.
We normally apply minimum of 14 participants and maximum of 18 participants in a class for In-House Training.
Per Day is 8 hours standard of working day with 2 short breaks and 1 long break in between.
Most programs are 1 day long, and the longest usualy are 3 days long, but it entirely depends on the program.
NeoSentra Public Events/Programs will have their own specifications, terms and conditions prior to each particular event/program.
Our pricing system for in-house training always exclude all participants accommodations, transportations, meals, snacks, coffee breaks, standard tools, necessary equipments, venue(s) and any other applicable expenses.
As for venue(s) situated outside of Jakarta, the pricing also exclude all expenses for transportation, accommodation and any other relevant costs of NeoSentra Team.
All prices are excluding any applicable taxes.
